Before I started training with Ben, I was at a really low point in my life. I was dealing with
insecurity about my body, feeling upset with how I looked, and struggling with other personal challenges. Honestly, I wasn’t happy with myself on multiple levels, and I had no idea how to start working through it. But I decided to take a step and do something about it—enter Ben. From the very beginning, Ben made me feel heard. His approach was personalized, human, and incredibly knowledgeable.
